Through innovative, patient-centered solutions—including fast electronic prescriptions, personalized co-pay assistance, and free prescription delivery by mail or courier—Primary Health Solutions helps remove barriers to care and makes managing medications easier. As a federally qualified health center, Primary Health Solutions participates in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, which allows the organization to purchase certain outpatient medications at discounted prices and can help make eligible prescriptions more affordable for patients. Primary Health Solutions also offers a Discount Program designed to help make healthcare more affordable for eligible patients based on household income and family size. The program provides discounts on eligible services and may provide additional pharmacy savings for established patients who qualify.

The new pharmacy in Moraine marks Primary Health Solutions’ first pharmacy in Montgomery County and is part of the organization’s growing network of pharmacy locations. Primary Health Solutions now operates two pharmacies in Hamilton and one each in Middletown and Oxford, with the Moraine location expanding access to convenient, affordable pharmacy services in Montgomery County.
