Ohio Workers Compensation and OSHA Update
Doug Jenks will bring the audience up-to-date in recent case law decisions that affect how they manage their Worker’s Compensation claims practice in Ohio. He will discuss, as appropriate, potential pitfalls in managing and defending Worker’s Compensation claims in Ohio. He will also discuss significant changes and updates on OSHA under the current federal administration.
About the Speaker:
Doug Jenks is a partner at Auman Mahan & Furry in Dayton. He represents employers locally and nationally regarding a variety of legal matters including industrial accidents, employment issues, workers' compensation, and OSHA citations. Doug and his legal partner, Abbie White, co-host a safety law podcast, The Health and Safety Law Report. Afterall, all the cool kids have podcasts.
