Leadership Dayton Alumni Reconnect: 2026

Description

Join us at Omega CDC's Hope Center Campus for a morning of connection, learning, and inspiration. We'll begin by gathering in the campus chapel for networking and remarks from Leadership Dayton alumna Rachel Ward ’22, President of Omega CDC, and Vanessa Ward, CEO. Together, they'll share the story of Omega CDC and RISE NW, their collective vision for strengthening neighborhoods, and how their work is empowering families to break the cycle of generational poverty through cradle-to-career, place-based services.

Following the presentation, attendees will enjoy a guided tour of the Hope Center Campus to learn more about the programs, partnerships, and resources making a difference in the lives of children, families, and residents throughout Northwest Dayton.

This is a unique opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni association members, gain insight into innovative community leadership in action, and deepen your understanding of an organization creating lasting change in our community.

Coffee and light breakfast will be available. This event is complimentary for Leadership Dayton Alumni Association members.
