About the Speaker:
Matthew Owen is a senior operations executive with extensive leadership experience across the industrial manufacturing and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at United Alloy, Inc, he leads large-scale manufacturing operations with full P&L responsibility, driving performance through disciplined execution, lean transformation, and continuous improvement.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Matthew holds an MBA from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Over the course of his career, he has held key leadership roles at organizations including RTX (Raytheon Technologies) and Collins Aerospace, where he built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic growth, and developing high-performing teams. He has been appointed to executive leadership roles multiple times, reflecting a consistent track record of delivering results in complex, high-demand environments.

A strong advocate for lean principles and data-driven decision-making, Matthew specializes in scaling operations, optimizing processes, and aligning organizations to achieve sustainable growth.
