About the Speakers:
Pam Plageman serves as Executive Director/CEO of the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority, overseeing the Dayton Convention Center, venue operations, partnerships, finance and economic development. She led the Center’s $45 million renovation, completed in June 2026, helping position it as a key economic driver for the Dayton region.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in venue management and hospitality across multiple states, Pam brings expertise in strategic growth, operations, community engagement and partnerships. She has been recognized as a DBJ Women Who Mean Business Award winner and serves on several community and industry boards and organizations.

Dave Williams is a seasoned real estate development and urban revitalization professional with more than 25 years of experience leading complex projects from concept to completion. His expertise includes adaptive reuse, historic preservation, mixed-use development, and public-private partnerships focused on economic growth and community revitalization.

With a background in construction management and development consulting, Dave brings a hands-on approach to project delivery, financing, design, and operations. He is also an active civic leader serving on boards and committees focused on preservation, arts, sustainability, public media, and downtown revitalization.
