Pablo Cussatti serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Shearer’s Foods, where he leads manufacturing, supply chain, planning, sourcing, and operations across the company’s North American network. A seasoned operations leader with deep expertise in manufacturing, Pablo has spent his career helping companies improve performance, drive innovation, and build high-performing teams. Before joining Shearer’s, he developed broad experience across manufacturing environments and engineering disciplines, giving him a unique perspective on how businesses can successfully invest, grow, and adapt in a rapidly changing market.

Today, Pablo is helping lead Shearer’s continued expansion and operational transformation, including major investments in advanced manufacturing capabilities and the development of the company’s state-of-the-art Moraine facility. Passionate about workforce development, operational excellence, and creating opportunities for both businesses and communities, he brings a practical and forward-looking perspective on the future of manufacturing and economic growth.
