Join us on March 16th as Tina Rezash Rogal, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Communication, Montgomery County ADAMHS presents on "Supporting a Healthy Workforce". Also hear from Todd Colquitt, Director, Substance Use Recovery and Workplace Safety Program, Ohio BWC. Tina and Todd will share current trends in mental health, new resources available in the community to support a healthy workforce, and how the BWC can help you fund substance testing for your employees. Additionally, they will cover the difference between 911 and 988 and share information about a new crisis receiving center that just opened in Montgomery County. 

About the speakers: 

Tina Rezash Rogal serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Communication for Montgomery County ADAMHS. Tina drives innovation and creativity to ensure all residents of Montgomery County can access mental health and substance use disorder services when they need them. Key initiatives include Crisis Now, the LocalHelpNow mobile app, and the newly created Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative of Montgomery County ADAMHS. Tina is also the Manager of the Greater Dayton Brain Health Foundation. She graduated cum laude from Miami University with a degree in Mass Communications.

As a 35-year resident of the Miami Valley, Tina is an active member and one of the loudest cheerleaders of the Dayton region. Her passion lies with vulnerable families and children, as evidenced by her volunteer work with the Dayton Gospel Mission and Artemis. Tina, alongside her husband and children, has served for 16 years as a short-term missionary in Monterrey, Mexico, providing support for children living in orphan care.

Tina is an active member of Southbrook Church, the Dayton Chamber, and a member of the 2023 Class of Leadership Dayton. Tina’s favorite title is Grandma and loves watching her two grandkids play soccer, swim, and dance with reckless abandon.

Todd Colquitt is the Director of the Business Consulting & Substance Use Recovery Department at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. During the administration of Governor Kasich, Todd was the Director of Business Advocacy at the Common Sense Initiative, working with the business community to streamline Ohio’s regulations. His private sector experience includes directing Verizon’s regulatory and legislative advocacy in Ohio for eleven years. A native of Findlay, OH, Todd has also worked in the offices of the US Telecom Association, Ohio Congresswoman Deborah Pryce, and Governor George Voinovich. He graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in politics and has a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University.
