During the presentation, the speaker will cover the 4 key program specifics around building a defensive driving program. This session will also cover what it means to build a culture around driving safety, how to create a defensible program and how to select the correct trainers, tools and performance metrics to make sure your program is sustainable.
About the Speaker:
Adam Murphy is the acting Safety Supervisor for Fleet Safety at Marsh & McLennan Agency in its Midwest Division. He has served the past 4 years as MMA’s National transportation, safety leader. Prior to coming to MMA, Adam spent the past decade working for a large LTL trucking company as well as managing a private safety consulting company. Adam has his CDL with his hazmat and tankers and is a third-generation truck driver. His areas of expertise are regulatory compliance and complex risk management program development.
