Incident Investigations Half Day Workshop 2025

Description
This course covers an introduction to basic incident investigation procedures and describes incident analysis techniques. Course topics include reasons for conducting incident investigations, how to conduct an investigation, employer responsibilities, questions to ask, documentation and an easy-to-use tool for root cause analysis.
The training will be led by Jim Mangas, CEO & Founder of Revolutionary Safety Services LLC. Jim has worked in EHS for over 25 years throughout the United States and several countries. He is a CSP, and completed a Masters & Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University. He lives in Anna Ohio (Shelby County) with his wife Jill and 16 year old son Aidan.
Light breakfast and snacks will be provided.
This course is eligible for 1 rebate credit for Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council members and 1 external training credit for members of other councils.
