PLEASE NOTE: If you are a current Leadership Dayton Alumni Association member looking to renew your membership, please do not complete this form. An invoice for your membership is generated each January. To pay your invoice online, login to the Member Hub, click My Info, then the Billing tab.

If you are not certain your membership is current, click here to view the current membership roster. All new or lapsed members must complete this application.

If you are a graduate of the Dayton Area Chamber's Leadership Dayton program, you are eligible to join the Leadership Dayton Alumni Association. Membership enables graduates to continue their journey of servant leadership. Alumni take part in educational and networking opportunities and are often called upon to fill needs within the community through opportunities such as advisory board positions, speaking engagements, ambassadorship and mentoring other up and coming leaders. Your continued involvement helps to make the program stronger each year.

Annual membership dues for the Leadership Dayton Alumni Association.  Individual must be a graduate of the chamber's Leadership Dayton program.
