Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to introduce our new partnership with Franklin University, aimed at making higher education accessible to all members. 
 
Their U-LEARN program allows members to take an unlimited number of associate or bachelor degree level courses for $5,250 in tuition costs per calendar year. In addition, members receive a 20% tuition discount on graduate level courses, and a 10% tuition discount on doctoral programs.
