From Manufacturing to Clinical Design: The Transformation of Frontline Healthcare Environments

Join Jon Wells, President and CEO of Midmark Corporation, for a timely look at how thoughtful clinical design can improve healthcare experiences while helping providers deliver care more efficiently and effectively. Wells will share Midmark’s journey from a family-led manufacturer to a clinical design company, highlighting the culture and innovation that power its work across medical, dental and veterinary practices. Through real-world examples of how space, technology and clinical workflow come together in everyday patient encounters, he’ll explore why design matters, how Midmark is tackling big challenges like outcomes and costs and what it takes to compete for talent and grow a strong workforce in Ohio.
