About the Speaker:
Kevin M. Keeley Jr. is Vice President of Operations: Logistics / FBO Operations at Wright Bros. Aero, a privately held, family-owned aviation and logistics company based at Dayton International Airport. Drawing on 16 years with the organization, he provides executive leadership across an integrated portfolio that includes air cargo and dock-to-ramp handling; warehousing, inventory management, and fulfillment; asset-based transportation; fixed-base and airline ground operations; aircraft refueling and deicing; terminal services; and aircraft maintenance. As Accountable Manager for the company’s FAA-certified repair station, Kevin also provides executive oversight of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance within its maintenance operation.
Across the organization, Kevin focuses on aligning people, processes, and customer priorities to deliver consistent results in complex, time-sensitive environments. His leadership combines hands-on operational knowledge with a long-term perspective, emphasizing reliability, team development, continuous improvement, and disciplined growth. Kevin is a University of Kentucky graduate, served 10 years in the U.S. Army as a combat medic, and has contributed to his community through service on the Vandalia Planning Commission and President on Vandalia Rotary board.
