The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Miami Valley Human Resources Association (MVHRA) invites you to join us for Workforce360: 2026 presented by Sinclair Community College.
Workforce360 is a dynamic full-day event bringing together Dayton region business leaders, HR professionals, and inclusion advocates. The event will feature a mix of keynote presentations and breakout sessions focused on relevant topics such as mental health in the workplace, employment law updates, inclusive workplace culture, leveraging AI, and innovative hiring strategies. There will also be an exhibitor exposition for attendees to visit throughout the day.
Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights from a diverse lineup of speakers. Join us to explore effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent—and to better understand the evolving needs of our regional workforce.
