Do your key employees know who your key customers are? Do they know processes that your business has spent years developing? Would it be a major problem for you if those employees left and joined a competitor? Or are you worried that your employee might sue you if you terminate him or her? Join us at the Tank in the newly refurbished Dayton Arcade for a networking happy hour followed by a presentation by Faruki+ attorneys on what you can do to combat the risks of departing employees. The attorneys at Faruki+ have many years of experience litigating employment cases, and this is your opportunity to hear the advice that they give their clients, for free.
