Conflict Management: Effective De-escalation and Communication Skills for Safer Organizations

Led by former FBI Hostage Negotiator and crisis communications expert Mark Rogers, The Pohl Group’s de-escalation training helps organizations effectively manage workplace conflict through proven behavioral science. The program equips leaders and managers with field-tested techniques, backed by decades of research by the FBI, to confidently navigate challenging and potentially dangerous interactions, reduce friction, and foster safer and more productive environments. By empowering people with these practical communication tools, organizations can effectively manage conflict and ensure safer outcomes for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
