Join the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce and its partners, Sinclair College’s Work-based Learning Office, and Ohio College Tech Prep-West Region, for breakfast and information that will help your company understand the process of recruiting your next talented workforce.

The Ohio Department of Education will provide an overview of the state’s initiative to create more work-based learning opportunities for high school students to prepare them for future careers.

Also, Ohio Department of Commerce will be on hand to explain the minor labor laws and debunk the myths surrounding hiring high school students.

You'll also hear from a panel of business leaders who currently employ high school students. They'll share their philosophies and processes for integrating high school students into their workforce.
