We'll continue discussing legal aspects of hiring immigrants and refugees as a follow up to our March 7th overview of Dayton's immigrant population and legal updates from experts.

Event will include:

Employer Panel: Representatives from local companies including: FC Industries-Beth Casella, Trader Joe's-Jonathan Horvath and Energizer Holdings Inc.-Nakia Miller hiring New Americans will provide insights on recruiting, on-boarding, and collaborating with this group.

Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley (CSSMV): Employment Team will present on their services and how Dayton companies can collaborate with CSSMV to hire refugees.

Immigration Overview:  Local immigration attorney Karen Bradley, Bradley & Associates will present on the legal aspects of employing immigrants and refugees. Q & A to follow.
