Registration Closed. Leadership Dayton Alumni, you are invited to a gathering and tour at The Delco, the hub for Water Street District, and one of the newest and most exciting developments in downtown Dayton.
We are fortunate to have redevelopment and revitalization in downtown Dayton. At approximately 520,000 square feet, The Delco’s renovation and the addition of both residential and commercial users into the neighborhood will be the largest step yet in the revitalization of this area in downtown Dayton - and a culmination of a vision which started more than a decade ago.
Leadership Dayton Alumni have the unique opportunity to tour the property, learn more about the vision and history of the property, experience the gorgeous views from the rooftop patio, and mingle with fellow alumni. Refreshments provided.
