Generation Dayton Day 2025

Join the Dayton region's largest service outing for early career professionals to 'Get Out & Give Back'. 

Each year, Generation Dayton, the Dayton Area Chamber's early career professionals program, focuses its volunteer efforts on giving back to various non-profit organizations throughout the community. Generation Dayton Day gives attendees the opportunity to enjoy lunch, network, hear a presentation from a community leader and volunteer.

This year's keynote speaker is Amanda DeLotelle, Executive Director of Miami Valley Meals in Dayton, Ohio. 

Volunteer sites will be selected at the kick-off by participants upon arrival at the Dayton Metro Library Main Branch. Volunteer spots at each site will be limited and are on a first-come, first served basis. Participating organizations will be announced as the event approaches. 

Generation Dayton Day is a day to give back to our community and meet new people through volunteerism. Therefore, we encourage your team to break up into pairs and select various volunteer sites. If you are interested in volunteering as a large group with your team, please reach out to us and we can connect you with our community partners. T-shirts will be provided, size availability will also be first come, first-served.

Please bring a water bottle, wear closed-toed shoes, bring/wear sunscreen and dress for the weather (some sites are indoors and some are outdoors). 

The after party will be at The Silos (810 E 1st St, Dayton, OH 45402)! Join us following your volunteer time to network and unwind. There will be a "cash bar" and at the venue.
