Join us for a tour of the Women of Woodland.
The tour will start with a happy hour in the Tiffany Chapel followed by a private walking tour of the "Women of Woodland."
On this tour, meet some of Dayton’s most interesting and exciting women in history. You’ll hear about homemaker turned author, Erma Bombeck; suffragist and librarian innovator, Electra C. Doren; famous actress, Mrs. Leslie Carter and many, many more.
By recognizing the stories of these trailblazing women, we not only pay tribute to their contributions, but also empower current and future leaders to rise above the challenges they encounter. Our local history plays a critical role in informing the way we engage and collaborate as a community.
Parking is available both inside and outside the gates. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle if needed.
