City2City returns summer 2021 with a trek to the Rocky Mountains for stops in Denver and Boulder, Colorado!
This three-day trip is a valuable opportunity to bring business leaders, decision makers, and community champions together to learn from Denver and Boulder's success and challenges. Then we'll bring some of the best practices back to the Miami Valley.
Denver, the Mile High City, is one of the fastest growing cities in the country. It's been ranked the first search location for out-of-state movers and the fourth most popular city among millennial home buyers. Denver competes for global talent with other cities like Austin, Boston and San Francisco.
Boulder, sometimes called the "Berkeley of the West", is just about 30 minutes outside of Denver, nestled just below the Rocky Mountains. The city is a popular playground for tech giants like Google, Amazon, Twitter and Apple which creates accelerated demand for transportation and housing.
Topics we'll explore include comparing first floor activation in a metro and micropolitan, accommodating an expanding workforce through smart infrastructure and creating an inclusive workplace for today and tomorrow's talent.
