From a startup at Dayton’s Entrepreneurs Center to scrappy small business to a mature company with a worldwide footprint, the story of Peerless offers lessons in growth strategy and success any business leader can apply to their own company.

About the speaker: 

Andrea Kunk is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of management and technology experience, primarily in the defense industry. As president of Peerless Technologies Corporation, Andrea spearheads the company’s strategic initiatives to position it as a leading provider of robust technology services and solutions for current and future customers.

Andrea played a pivotal role in the company's startup in Dayton and contributed to its growth, overseeing its expansion to almost 500 employees across 25 states and Europe and achieving nearly $100 million in annual revenue. Peerless customers include a wide array of Air Force, Navy and NASA programs, from operations support to cybersecurity and systems engineering.

Kunk earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems in 2004 and an MBA with a concentration in Finance in 2007, both from the Raj Soin College of Business.
