Join us for a Breakfast Briefing featuring Tia Marcel Moretti, Director, Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, who will provide an update on the development of Ohio’s seventh regional psychiatric hospital in Trotwood and what this transformational investment means for healthcare access, workforce demands, public safety, and long-term community support systems across western Ohio. As one of the state’s most significant behavioral health investments in recent years, the facility is designed to help meet growing demand for inpatient psychiatric care, reduce wait times for treatment, and strengthen Ohio’s behavioral health infrastructure.
This conversation will provide regional business leaders and community stakeholders with insight into Ohio’s evolving behavioral health landscape, the role of regional partnerships in supporting care delivery, and the broader impact these investments may have on the region’s healthcare system, workforce, and economy. Attendees will also learn more about the project’s anticipated economic impact, including the creation of healthcare, clinical, operational, and support-service jobs in the Dayton region.
