About the Speaker: 
Woolpert Global Head of People and Culture, Shanda McKinney joined the company in 2016 with a focus on maintaining a positive work culture through growth, strategic planning and retaining the firm’s Great Place to Work designation. She was made CHRO in 2018 and promoted to vice president shareholder in 2020. With over 20 years of human resources experience, Shanda leads her team’s efforts in succession planning, career path development, performance management, learning programs and benefits administration. She holds a bachelor's of psychology and master's in human resource administration, is a certified Professional in Human Resources and belongs to the Society of Human Resource Management.
