Attracting and retaining the right talent is the number one issue facing our members today. The Dayton Region has to compete on a national, and sometimes global scale for workforce, and we know potential job candidates want to know what their quality of life would be like if they chose to call our region home.
Luckily, we're able to point to key assets such as Dayton's vibrant arts scene when we're telling the story of life in our region - and Dayton Live plays a key role.
Did you know Dayton Live: 1) is the largest real estate owner in downtown proper; and 2) had a $7.9 million economic impact over the last year, despite the pandemic (according to the Americans for the Arts Economics & Prosperity Calculator)?
