About the Speaker:
Born into the kitchens of his family’s California pizzerias, Chris has hospitality in his blood. After studying at USC’s Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, Chris launched a career in hospitality operations and consulting that spanned a decade in Southern California. His hospitality development company The Idea Collective relocated to Dayton in 2016, and owns and operates Sueño, Tender Mercy and Dōzo in Downtown and will be opening Three Birds (formerly Carmel’s in Patterson Park) in early 2025.
