About the keynote speaker:

Kala Gibson is the head of Business Banking at Fifth Third Bank responsible for strategic direction and management of the business banking sales force, helping small businesses achieve their personal and financial goals. Gibson is a executive advocate for Fifth Third's African-American Business Resource Group, spending time mentoring young people and diverse candidates just getting started in the industry.
