Moore, Director of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command.
This presentation will explore the critical link between supply chain resilience and national security, with a focus on the Dayton region's strategic importance. Home to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, a global leader in aerospace research, development, and logistics, Dayton plays a vital role in supporting defense operations and military readiness. Attendees will gain insight into how disruptions in supply chains can directly impact mission-critical functions, as well as strategies to strengthen resilience across defense and commercial networks. The session will highlight how regional logistics and manufacturing leaders can support and protect the systems that underpin national security.
About the Speaker:
Brig. Gen. Brian R. Moore serves as the Director of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration, Headquarters Air Force Material Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He directs policy and procedures for field and depot-level aircraft and commodities maintenance, nuclear weapon systems sustainment, software engineering, conventional munitions, logistics plans, transportation, supply chain operations and management, civil engineering, force protection and logistics information technology activities. Brig. Gen. Moore is the lead command integrator for life-cycle sustainment, product support and acquisition logistics across the Air Force weapon systems portfolio. He provides infrastructure and functional support to the United States Space Force.
