Join us for the grand opening of their new Dayton headquarters at 11 W Monument Ave, Suite 206, in downtown Dayton. NPower is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to launching tech careers for young adults, veterans, and military spouses—tuition-free. Through hands-on technology training, professional development, and job placement support, NPower helps individuals build the skills and confidence to thrive in Ohio’s growing digital economy.

After starting their Ohio story in 2023 and spending two years in the Hub at the Arcade, this new space marks an exciting step forward—symbolizing growth and a deeper investment in preparing local talent for high-demand tech careers right here in our community.
