Lindsay [Communication, Responsibility, Woo, Discipline, Positivity] founded Moxie by Nature to use her designations as a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach & a NACE Certified Career Coach, as well as professional experience in corporate recruiting and staffing, and various functional areas of higher education (including admissions, new student orientation, career development/exploration, student leadership and institutional accreditation initiatives), to connect talent to purpose by challenging clients to own what’s RIGHT with them. She brings both structure and vulnerability to conversations around personal and professional growth, living authentically, employee performance, engagement and motivation, and overall wellbeing. 

As a coach, Lindsay partners with organizations to maximize individual and team performance, inform coaching and decision making, encourage intentional collaboration and improve employee engagement and retention, as well as coaches individual clients for clarity, confidence and accountability, often in areas of personal and professional goals, career growth and transition and business development.

Lindsay has professional experience in corporate recruiting and staffing as well as various functional areas of higher education including admissions, new student orientation, career development, student leadership and institutional accreditation initiatives. Currently, she works for one of the largest community colleges in the world (Sinclair Community College), connecting high school students in career technical education programs to post-secondary paths, scholarships and credit opportunities.
