His career has spanned the gamut from 1-person startups & incubators, small businesses to Fortune 100 companies! He loves education, technology, sharing ideas, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and meeting people with the same passion and energy to change the world. I have been involved in higher education my entire adult life, experiencing it from the staff and student perspectives. This has allow me opportunities to grown both personally and professionally, and connect with others near and far on a more meaningful level. I value these connections, and I look forward to making more as I lead the charge for supplier diversity at my college.

I earned my BS in Civil Engineering from University of Cincinnati (Class of '21). I am an assistant coach for Butler Men's Soccer program since 2021. 

Holley Freeman is the Commercial Client Services Director at ServiceMaster by Angler. She has been a member of the ServiceMaster by Angler team for 10 years. Holley’s role is to establish, onboard and maintain partnerships with commercial clients. She helps them create and implement pre-loss disaster plans. This proactive approach helps them minimize business disruption, downtime and disaster related costs.

I'm a driven individual who enjoys leveraging my talents for the betterment of mission-centered nonprofits.

I began my interest in nonprofits as a co-founder of 317 Performing Arts, an organization that focuses on young marching arts musicians in Indianapolis. Soon I learned that I didn't just love the arts. I loved being a part of a mission and putting my efforts behind a cause. This catapulted me into a lifetime of serving with various nonprofit marketing, development, and event management teams. 

When I'm not working - you can find me at home in Dayton, OH with my rescue cats working on my fix-er-upper.

Shanda McKinney is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Clark Schaefer Hackett, Business Advisory Firm, and founder of McKinney Consulting Services, delivering  professional and emotional wellbeing coaching. With more than 20 years of progressive HR experience and C-suite leadership, Shanda previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Head of People & Culture, where she built and led high-performing teams, shaped global people strategies, and elevated organizational culture during periods of significant growth and transformation. She is a certified professional coach and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a proud wife and mother of two and is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the board of Omega Community Development Corporation, and Young Ladies Aspiring Greatness.

I'm Brooke! I am a nursing leader from Miami Valley Hospital Main Campus where I have worked for my entire nursing career of 10 years and counting! My husband and I have been married for 8 years, and we enjoy traveling, live music, and exploring the Dayton area.
