Summary

In today’s multigenerational workplace, it's easy to focus on what divides us—Boomers who “won’t let go,” Millennials who “need too much praise,” or Gen Z’s “always on their phones.” But what if these differences aren’t liabilities—they’re superpowers? In this energizing and insightful presentation, we’ll flip the script on generational stereotypes and reveal the hidden strengths each group brings to the table. Drawing on real-world examples and cultural touchpoints, we’ll explore how key events, technologies, and values have shaped each generation’s mindset—and how that plays out at work. Attendees will walk away with: • A clear understanding of the four generational “superpowers” that exist on every team • Tools to shift from frustration to curiosity when working across age groups • Strategies for bridging gaps and leveraging generational diversity for innovation, collaboration, and performance • A new lens for leadership rooted in emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and impact Whether you’re a leader, manager, or team contributor, this session will challenge assumptions, spark connection, and offer practical ways to harness the full power of a multigenerational workforce.
