Andrew Bremer - Managing Director, Local Affairs, DriveOhio
Andrew Bremer currently serves as the Managing Director of Local Affairs for DriveOhio, interfacing with Ohio’s communities and ensuring the coordinated implementation of DriveOhio’s automated and connected vehicle standards. Specifically, Andrew serves as the program manager for the US33 Smart Mobility Corridor, coordinating public sector response to private sector development and testing needs. He also serves as project manager for the I-70 Truck Automation Corridor; a $8.8 million project to facilitate truck automation technology adoption. He also represents DriveOhio, on behalf of ODOT, to a regional collaborative for “smart transportation” known as the Smart Belt Coalition; consisting of the states of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Andrew formerly served at the Ohio Department of Transportation as the Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives and Programs overseeing ODOT’s initial project development of automated and connected technologies and infrastructure.
Andrew earned undergraduate degrees in History and International Studies and a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University. He resides in central Ohio with his wife and two children. He hopes that automated technology will allow him to one day pull into the driveway without destroying his children’s favorite outdoor toys.

Rich Granger - Managing Director, Workforce and Economic Development, DriveOhio
Rich Granger is Managing Director of Workforce
and Economic Development at DriveOhio, the
state’s center for smart mobility — focused on
automated, connected, and electric vehicles and
infrastructure, on the ground and in the air.
In this role, Rich manages workforce development programs from Pre-K to
PhD to prepare Ohio's workforce for smart mobility jobs of the future. He
also manages economic development activities to accelerate statewide
investments in the fast-growing sectors of automated vehicles (DriveOhio)
and advanced air mobility (FlyOhio).
Rich has spent his career at the intersection of technology, innovation, and
education. He grew up in Northeast Ohio and lives in the Columbus area
with his wife and their young daughter, who wants to own a self-driving car
and design a delivery drone when she grows up.

Pam Fisher - Director, Economic Development, INDOT
Pamela Fisher is an economic development and transportation executive focused on engaging with stakeholders to prepare Indiana for investment in advanced mobility technology. Since joining INDOT as the Director of Economic Development & Special Initiatives in 2015, she has advanced opportunities for the agency to collaborate with industry, universities and policymakers on research, policy, and infrastructure development. She is leading INDOT’s efforts as a member of the I70 Truck Automation Corridor project team with Drive Ohio, ODOT, & FHWA and is advancing INDOT’s electric vehicle infrastructure research strategy. She is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), received her MBA from Anderson University and is a graduate of the AASHTO National Transportation Advanced Leadership Institute.
