Since starting his supply chain technology career over a decade ago, Mark has relied on grit, tenacious energy, and millions of skymiles to cement himself as one of the youngest leaders and executive team members in his company’s meteoric history (300 million pairs of shoes sold in a decade). Mark Meister, Vice President of Global Logistics and Integration Technology for Crocs will present on technology trends in logistics. Having previously worked for some of the biggest consultancies in the world (IBM, Cognizant, Capgemini) on behalf of dozens of name-brand retailers and consumer products companies (Nike, Target, Tyson Foods, Gap, LL Bean, Vitamin Shoppe, Tiffany), Mark specializes in distribution technology and has become one of the most proficient experts, integrators, and managerial executives of warehouse management systems in either Manhattan Associates or JDA solutions. Often acting as a solutions architect and business translator to better align technology partner efforts, enabling significant decreases in software customizations, reduces total cost of ownership, and unnecessary complexity, Mark has participated in all phases of agile and SDLC software development and has overseen the on-time and under budget completion of multiple multi-million dollar WMS implementations
