Libby Aldridge is a seasoned business professional with over 25 years of experience in marketing research, customer satisfaction, and operational strategy. She joined Midmark in 2019 and currently serves as the Sales Operations Manager, where she leads a high-performing team dedicated to enabling and empowering Midmark's commercial operations.
Libby has extensive expertise in financial analysis and forecasting, sales process optimization, and leveraging advanced analytics tools such as Tableau and Salesforce to drive data-driven decision-making. Her diverse career spans both the IT and healthcare industries, where she has consistently aligned organizational strategies to meet customer needs and deliver value.
In her current role, Libby is instrumental in shaping and advancing Midmark's sales strategies. She is passionate about utilizing data to create engagement opportunities, enabling sales teams to foster meaningful relationships across the customer lifecycle. She leads efforts to align processes with customer needs to ultimately improve the customer experience and drive better results
Libby thrives on collaborating with sales and marketing to support revenue growth through the implementation of the Challenger Methodology and Jolt techniques, as well as delivering innovative training and enablement programs. Her leadership has been key to advancing the organization's maturity in sales enablement and analytics and maturing S&OP processes.
As a manager, Libby inspires her team to place customers at the heart of their efforts, reflecting Midmark's mission to empower caregivers and improve patient outcomes. She leads with a commitment to fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and enabling her team to achieve operational excellence.
Libby earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Toledo, an MBA in Marketing from Miami University, and a Certification in Market Research from the University of Georgia. Beyond her professional achievements, Libby is dedicated to community engagement. She founded a non-profit organization that funds scholarships for local high school students pursuing higher education
Amber is the Director of Staff and Strategic Engagement for the Midwest Microelectronics Consortium (MMEC). In this role she is responsible for managing MMEC’s daily operations and assists with building strategic business initiatives and connections. Amber is also charged with creating and maintaining relationships across the regional microelectronics ecosystem, hub members and stakeholders.
Prior to her role at the MMEC, Amber spent nearly a decade in economic development working for the Dayton Development Coalition (DDC). During her tenure at the DDC, Amber was the Manager for Special Events and then moved into the Director of Military Affairs position. She specialized in creating and maintaining relationships between the community and Dayton area defense installations and federal entities. In addition, she led the DaytonDefense contractor association and assisted the JobsOhio Military and Federal Sector stand-up and execution across the state of Ohio. Before her time at the DDC, Amber began her career working for an Air Force contractor as a government event planner.
Amber received her B.A. from Cedarville University in Organizational Communications, holds event planning and leadership certifications and is proud to serve on numerous boards. Amber was a recipient of the Dayton Business Journal’s 40 under Forty award in 2016 as well as an honoree on their Who’s Who in Aerospace and Defense list for four years. She also has the distinct honor of serving as the Air Force Institute of Technology’s (AFIT) representative on the USAF Air Education and Training Command’s (AETC) Civic Leader Program.

I have worked in the mental health and substance use disorder field, as well as within the public health sector since 1993. I have extensive clinical care and executive leadership experience. I value community collaboration and I have spent my career working on improving access to care for underserved populations as well as coordinating community responses to the drug epidemic through various task forces and coalitions.
I received my Doctorate Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wright State University.
I have served on several advisory boards and published articles on juvenile justice initiatives and the impact of the drug epidemic.
My passion lies in working with others who are devoted to the betterment of our communities. I value diversity, equity, and inclusion and I am committed to developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve community outcomes.
