Generation Dayton: Speaker Series with Aileron

This October, Generation Dayton is invited to Aileron where Joni Fedders, Aileron President, Facilitator and Leadership Coach, will facilitate a workshop on Conscious Leadership. You will leave armed with practical tools for increasing your self-awareness so you can continue to understand how your own beliefs and values influence your leadership approach.

Conscious Leadership looks at leading others through the lens of leading yourself first. In this introductory session, you’ll begin to explore how self-awareness can enhance your quality of life and empower you to better show up for and lead others. This topic will be beneficial for all professional leadership experience levels.

We will begin the event with professional networking and end the event with a tour of the beautiful Aileron campus.

Our donation drive for the months of October and November are for the organization For Love of Children. For Love of Children, Inc. (FLOC) is a 100% volunteer agency with the mission to serve over 6,000 children in the greater Dayton area who are neglected, abused, in foster care, or who are in need of community resources. Each of our events in Oct. & Nov. will have a set up where you can select needed holiday items to purchase. The items can be directly sent to the organization or dropped off at the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce at 8 N. Main St. Suite 100 Dayton, OH 45402 during business hours. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm.

Time

3:00-3:30pm: Check-In & Networking 
3:30-4:30pm: Welcome & Facilitation* 
4:30-5:00pm: Campus Tour 

*This facilitated session is very interactive; we highly encourage you to be present for the full 3:30-4:30pm facilitation time. If you need to arrive at 3:30pm and leave by 4:30pm, you are welcome to.

Upon arrival at the Aileron campus you will drive down a fairly long driveway with beautiful scenery. Enter the main entrance, someone at the front desk will direct you to our meeting space.
