Hard Hats, Soft Skills, and Hiring Smarts
Workplace safety doesn’t begin on the job site, it begins in the hiring process. The people you bring into your organization shape how safety rules are followed, how risks are communicated, and how teams look out for one another. In this session, Nichole Sims explores how smarter hiring practices can strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and support long-term organizational success.
