About the Speaker:
Vishal Arora is the Founder and CEO of Magnus Capital Partners, a real estate development and investment firm, which delivers socially responsible housing solutions for working families. Under his leadership, HōM Flats has become a scalable platform, delivering 932 housing units to date as part of a 2,400+ unit development pipeline.

Magnus recently broke ground on HōM Flats at Forest, a 260-unit community in Northwest Dayton. HōM Flats at Forest will open in 2027, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to high-quality, attainable housing in the region.

Vishal is a strong advocate for workforce housing and community impact. He serves on the board of Opera Grand Rapids and is a founding member of the Magnus Foundation, a nonprofit that supports place-based initiatives to strengthen communities and enhance resident well-being.

Prior to founding Magnus, Vishal co-founded Megalith Capital Management, a $200+ million value-add and development platform.

He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
