Doug Jenks and Abbie White of Auman Mahan + Furry will present an informative and interactive program that will let attendees determine which path to choose in a variety of hypothetical situations involving workers’ compensation claims. Once a path is chosen, Doug and Abbie will discuss the pros and cons that would likely be encountered along the way. The main goal is to put employers and other attendees in the best position to anticipate potential wrong turns and successfully navigate through real world workers’ comp claims facing their organizations. 

Topics will include the workers’ comp claims process in Ohio, analyzing and evaluating the merits of workers’ comp claims, best practice defense strategies and tactics, and many others.
