VIRTUAL: Generation Dayton: Building Resiliency in 2021

January 26, 2021 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (EST)

Most of us have probably said at least once (or maybe twice) “let’s just get through 2020”. The COVID-19 pandemic is leading to brain stress linked to anxiety and worry about the “knowns” and the “unknowns”. Join Generation Dayton for an interactive dialogue with Jodi Long, Associate Director for the Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board, on the short and long term impacts of the pandemic on young professionals and tips for building resiliency for mental wellness moving into 2021.

Attendees will be entered to win $20 in Downtown Dayton Dollars from the Downtown Dayton Partnership!
