Attendees will gain an overview of this immersive leadership development experience, which emphasizes skill development, professional networking, relationship-building, and meaningful community impact. 

About Gen D Ignite: 
Launched in 2023, Generation Dayton Ignite is a selective, cohort-based leadership development program designed to equip early-career professionals with the tools and resources needed to grow as effective leaders. The seven-month program fosters strong peer connections while encouraging civic engagement and long-term community involvement. Applications are currently being accepted for the 2026 cohort, and we encourage diverse and motivated professionals to apply.
