Stress greatly impacts our mental and physical well-being. When we are not feeling our best mentally and physically, we are not doing our best work. This presentation will address the connection between improving mental wellness through stress management to improve safety and success in the work environment.

Diane Mushaben, Specialty Treatment Coordinator, TriHealth EAP, will present “Mental Wellness and Stress Reduction: The Recipe for Workplace Success and Safety”.

About the Speaker: 

With more than 21 years of experience in behavioral health, Diane obtained Master’s degrees in pastoral ministry and in counseling from the Athenaeum of Ohio, and her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Bowling Green State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in both Ohio and Kentucky with Supervisor Endorsement and is a member of the American Counseling Association. Diane is very experienced in working with anxiety, depression and relationship issues.  She has a special focus on trauma treatment and is trained in the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR.) Diane also has specialized training in spirituality for clients who wish to integrate counseling with their spiritual values. Previously, Diane worked as a clinical counselor at Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Covington.  Her professional experience at TriHealth EAP includes counseling, management referrals, and service coordination.
