Leadership Dayton Board Match Expo 2026

Attention members of the Class of 2026 and members of the Leadership Dayton Alumni Association (LDAA):

You are invited to this year's Board Match Expo and to participate in the board match program. Thanks to Dayton Live, this event will be held at the beautiful Benjamin & Marian Schuster Center.  

With so much opportunity to make a difference in our region, this is the place to be for those looking to make a long lasting impact. Network with leaders from numerous local non-profits, learn about various organizations' missions & goals and decide who you want to work closer with by showcasing interest in joining their board. 

At the event you will be given an interest form you will turn in before you leave that morning to our staff with your information and your top board choices.

The Class of 2026 will be given priority in matching, followed by LDAA members. Putting multiple choices on your form will increase your chances of being matched. Following the event, the current class will be connected to potential matches throughout the month of May with the LDAA matches following soon after in June 2026. 

LDAA members: You must be an active dues paying member to attend this event, even if you do not wish to participate in the board matching.

By attending and turning in an interest form, you are agreeing to participate in the board matching process. Making your own matches at the event is heavily discouraged.
