Join us for an exclusive professional development opportunity for Ignite Alumni and current Ignite cohort members. 

Finding Peace Under Pressure

The holidays have a way of turning up the pressure — at work, at home, and everywhere in between. And when pressure rises, so do the patterns we rely on to manage it.

In this session, you’ll uncover your own pressure pattern: the automatic response that can quietly undermine your success, satisfaction, and relationships. You’ll see what triggers it, what it may be costing you, and learn a practical way to interrupt it.

Timed just before the winter holiday season, it’s a chance to head into one of the busiest times of the year knowing yourself a little better — and with a new way to handle whatever comes with it.

This session will be facilitated by:

  • Joni Fedders, CEO & President, Facilitator and Leadership Coach, Aileron
  • Wendy Roop, Facilitator and Leadership Coach, Aileron

This session will be hosted on Aileron's beautiful and expansive campus in Tipp City. An optional tour will be offered following the session. You are also welcome to stay after and work from one of their spaces.
