The Logistics Economic Impact Report will be co-presented by Amanda Byers, Director of Talent and Policy at the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce and Matt Shimp, Manager of Research and Analytics at the Dayton Development Coalition. Additionally, hear from Greg Bueno, Business Development Manager at Employbridge powered by ProLogistix, as he provides data and insights on the American workforce based on the nations largest survey of the hourly workforce, The Voice of the American Workforce. This presentation will provide strategies for employers to build agile workforce strategies to attract and retain talent. The event will conclude with a panel discussion featuring local educational institutions who will share how they are supporting the workforce needs of this evolving industry.
