The Soin Award for Community Impact recognizes a private sector organization that has significantly transformed community development through impactful investments, visionary leadership, and a steadfast commitment to the region.

Nominations must be submitted by 4:00PM Friday, February 13^th for the 2026 award.

The selection committee for the Soin Award for Community Impact consists of Chamber of Commerce members with diverse professional backgrounds and a shared dedication to community development.  

Recipient Receives: 

• A video produced about organization’s impact in the Dayton region to be released at the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting on April 14, 2026
• Two (2) complimentary seats to the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting on April 14, 2026
• A financial gift of $10,000 to a local 501c3 community charity of the winning organization’s choice including a public check presentation to the charity
• An article in the chamber-produced FOCUS Magazine
• Recognition on the chamber social media and website
• Award supported through the generosity of
