2025 Winsupply Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence
The Winsupply Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence recognizes emerging business leaders in the Dayton region who exemplify the American entrepreneurial spirit. The American entrepreneurial spirit is a guiding belief in the power of individual problem solvers that have identified a market need, developed a product or service to address the need, started and currently operate a business to deliver the product or service while assuming the majority of the risks and rewards of the business.
This award seeks to spotlight emerging entrepreneurs that are:
- Individuals that have embraced risk, overcome significant challenges, demonstrated unwavering perseverance in the creation and operation of a new business—often without widespread recognition.
- Individuals whose efforts, driven by creativity, grit, and determination, have generated positive economic activity and employment growth in the Dayton region.
- Individuals, who, through their innovation, resilience and accomplishments, are making a meaningful impact on the local business community and helping to shape the region’s future.
- Or, who are earlier in their entrepreneurial journey, yet already showing strong potential and meaningful impact.
Nominations must be submitted by Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM for the 2025 award.
Awardees will be selected by a panel of business experts, entrepreneurs and regional leaders and will receive the following:
- Complimentary admission and recognition at the November Breakfast Briefing taking place on Friday, November 14th
- Recognition in Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce publications: newsletter, chamber social media accounts, and press coverage.
- Video feature of recipient distributed on chamber outlets, also available for promotional use by recipient.
