He loves education, technology, sharing ideas, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and meeting people with the same passion and energy to change the world. Currently Noel is President of Premier Investment Casting Group LLC, d/b/a BIMAC Precision Castings in Moraine Ohio founded in 1959, currently owned by Ventoux Industrial Holdings of Massachusetts since 2015. Noel's 30-year career in manufacturing includes running Aerospace suppliers to GE, consumer products, and automotive suppliers. Noel also served as a U.S. Navy military officer on active duty from 1982 to 1988, then in the reserves from 1989 to 2006. He was recalled to active duty to serve in Middle East in 2002. Noel continues with his manufacturing career but retired from the Navy in 2006 with the rank of Commander.

I have been involved in higher education my entire adult life, experiencing it from the staff and student perspectives. This has allow me opportunities to grown both personally and professionally, and connect with others near and far on a more meaningful level. I value these connections, and I look forward to making more as I lead the charge for supplier diversity at my college.

I earned my BS in Civil Engineering from University of Cincinnati (Class of '21). I am an assistant coach for Butler Men's Soccer program since 2021. 

Holley Freeman is the Commercial Client Services Director at ServiceMaster by Angler. She has been a member of the ServiceMaster by Angler team for 10 years. Holley’s role is to establish, onboard and maintain partnerships with commercial clients. She helps them create and implement pre-loss disaster plans. This proactive approach helps them minimize business disruption, downtime and disaster related costs.

Hello, my name is Carmen Joiner. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration. In 2011, I became an entrepreneur by opening my first health care agency in Dayton, OH. We successfully employed over 150 employees and served over 100 clients. In 2019, I made the decision to sell the business and started a new health care agency with a different focus. Now, at 360 Total Care, we provide adult day center services to individuals and older adults with a focus on community integration. Additionally, we have added non-medical transportation for the Council of Aging community. Our agency has grown quickly and we are very active in the community, providing volunteer services and donating to those in need.

I'm a driven individual who enjoys leveraging my talents for the betterment of mission-centered nonprofits.

I began my interest in nonprofits as a co-founder of 317 Performing Arts, an organization that focuses on young marching arts musicians in Indianapolis. Soon I learned that I didn't just love the arts. I loved being a part of a mission and putting my efforts behind a cause. This catapulted me into a lifetime of serving with various nonprofit marketing, development, and event management teams. 

When I'm not working - you can find me at home in Dayton, OH with my rescue cats working on my fix-er-upper.

Shanda McKinney has over 20 years HR experience leading HR teams and supporting the firm to successfully navigated the acquisition process, institute inclusion and diversity programs and refine a high-performance culture. She is currently the Global Head of People & Culture for Woolpert. She joined Woolpert in 2016, was made Chief Human Resources Officer in 2018 and was promoted to Vice President Shareholder in 2020. Her focus is to maintain a positive work culture through growth, strategic planning and retaining the firm’s Great Place to Work designation. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a master’s in human resource administration. Under her leadership Woolpert has received Dayton Business Journal Diversity Award in 2021, was awarded the Healthiest Employer Award from Dayton Business Journal from 2019-2021 and has been certified as a Great Place to Work nine times. McKinney, a married mother of two, also services on the board of the Dayton Business Chamber, Omega Community Development Corporation, and Young Ladies Aspiring Greatness, she is a former board member of the YWCA and former Board Chair of the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton.
