Members of the Dayton Area Chamber's Executive Women's Leadership Council are invited to a breakfast and round-table discussion on navigating the challenges associated with aging parents. Many women in our current workforce have found that the duties and responsibilities of caring for aging parents have fallen to them. How does this impact the work/life balance of our region's female leaders? This session, led by Patricia Ioas, Owner, Elders Advisory Service & Kelli Davis, Kettering Medical Center, will provide attendees with a candid and safe place to discuss challenges and explore local resources for this increasingly common scenario.
